Description
Wine of great complexity of aromas and flavors. This exceptional wine with a limited production of 650 bottles. A collector’s wine!
Production: blend of Sangiovese Grosso harvested by hand with care and Cabernet Franc. Vinification is done in stainless steel vats until malolactic fermentation is completed. The wine is then aged for 12 months in new barrels, before being marketed after about two years.
Tasting: an intense, fragrant, sweet and enveloping red.
Pairings: Florentine steak, grilled meats.
