Production: Vineyard in organic conversion. Aged in 22 hl Slavonian wood casks for 48 months. The wine is then aged in bottle for over 24 months. Released at least six years after the vintage as per Brunello di Montalcino Riserva appellation.
Tasting: Deep ruby to garnet-red in colour. Very complex nose, with notes of plums, blackberry, black cherry, spices and earthy minerality. On the palate, pleasantly dry, warm, full and persistent with structuring tannins. Great ageing potential (15 + years).
Pairings: Slow-roast red meats and game.

Tasting Notes: Dense and rich in color, plentiful aromatics including purple plum, blueberry, blackberry, white pepper and crushed dried herbs. A juicy mid palate with earthy, spicy and toasty flavors wrap up into a tight mineral texture and refined tannins.
Pairings: Exceedingly food friendly. grilled salmon, pork chops, roast chicken, root vegetables.

Production: Single vineyard production. Aged 18 months in a combination of new and neutral French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Cinnamon, clove, cherry, and black tea aromas. Flavors are mirrored, with accents of leather, cedar and orange blossom. The finish offers finely interwoven tannin, plus a lingering minerality.
Pairings: Duck, roasted poultry, braised meats, veal, cheese, root vegetables.

Description
Production : Vineyard in organic conversion. Made with 100% sangiovese grosso, harvested by hand. Fermented in stainless steel and aged 12 months in Allier French oak 500 litre barrels, then 8 months in bottle. Non filtered.
Tasting: Notes of cherry, tobacco and plums. Rich body, with vibrant acidity and supple but structuring tannins. Well-balanced right down to its long finish.
Pairings: Red meat and tomato-based dishes, pork, veal, roast chicken, charcuterie, cheese.
