Description
Production: Organic. Stainless steel fermentation and ageing. 15 year-old vines.
Tasting Notes: elegant nose with floral notes, honey and honeycomb, apple and lime leaf. Structured palate with vibrant and well-balanced acidity, nice texture, long finish. Dry (2 g/l residual sugar).
Pairings: Fish à la meunière, grilled or poached, terrines, seafood, shell fish, choucroute, poultry, rabbit, fresh cheeses.
