Production: From vineyards at 350 m altitude, grapes are harvested by hand and dried for 90 days in the sun prior to vinification. Aged 36 months in 500 to 2,500 litre oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Intense ripe cherries on the nose. Rich, powerful and full-bodied. Long finish!
Pairings: braised and slow-cooked red meats, game, parmesan.
