Tasting Notes: nose with apple, lemon, mineral and herbaceous notes. Crisp and well-balanced acidity. Easy-drinking and dry.
Pairings: Oysters, mussels, fish, seafood, shell fish, escargots, cheese fondue, salads, sauerkraut.
