Production: Organic. Grapes are sourced from the vineyards of Budignacco, Pozar and Dragica, at altitudes of 100 to 140 mètres (325 to 475 feet). Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees.
Tasting: An ideally balanced Pinot Grigio, delicate and elegant but with nice body and full flavours. Aromas and flavours of peach and apple, long finish.
Pairings: As an apéritif or with antipasti, soups, baked fish or white meats. Also a great match for fresh fruit and cheeses.
Alc. 13% | Residual Sugar ± 0,5 g/l
