Description
Located just a few kilometers from Champagne, the Pinot Noir plots that make up this “Blanc de Noirs” offer a characterful terroir: a blend of Burgundian soil and Champagne climate!
Production: the aging of the wine before bottling lasts a whole year in stainless steel tanks. Then, similar to Champagne, it rests for 24 months after bottling.
Tasting: a very moderate dosage and no sulfites for this Extra Brut Crémant, which delicately reveals the aromas and freshness of Pinot. On the palate, its vinous character provides length and body, while the liveliness and fruity notes bring a balanced and subtle tension.
Pairings: perfect for aperitif with tapas, row or grilled vegetables, spicy food.
This Cremant is also a great dessert wine.
