Description
An emblematic cuvée of Burgundy tradition, this Passetoutgrain blends the elegance of Pinot Noir with the fruit-driven generosity of Gamay. An approachable, charming, and convivial red wine.
Production: Blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay sourced from parcels around Morey-Saint-Denis. The grapes are vinified separately before blending to preserve each varietal’s identity. Aged in tanks and barrels for several months to enhance harmony and complexity.
Tasting notes: Bright ruby color. The nose shows notes of crunchy cherry, fresh raspberry, and subtle spice. The palate is supple and juicy, supported by delicate tannins and lively freshness that invites another sip.
Food pairings: Artisan charcuterie, grilled poultry, terrines, quiches, or bistro-style cuisine.
