Description
Production: Made from 100% Gamay grapes, this wine is produced from destemmed grapes, followed by fermentation for 8-10 days to extract the
fruit and a fairly deep color. Fermentation and aging are completed in raw concrete vats until bottling in April or May of the following year.
Tasting notes: The wine has a deep color due to the sunny conditions during the vintage, delicately integrated tannins, and a rich, delicious flavor with pleasant fruit notes.
Pairings: This wine pairs very well with a charcuterie board, barbecue, Beaujolais salad, or chicken in cream sauce.
