Description
Production: Made with Incrocio Manzoni Bianco I.50, a rare varietal that is a cross between Trebbiano and Traminer Aromatico. Skin-contact for 24 hours after pressing, fermented in stainless steel and aged on lees.
Tasting: Aromatic and enticing nose of litchee, rose and tropical fruit. Crisp acidity and soft texture.
Pairings: As an apéritif or with Asian dishes, vegetarian dishes, seafood and cheeses.
