Description

Production : comes from the Dolgi Breg and Calvario vineyards at an altitude of 170 meters (550 feet) above sea level. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the wine is aged partly in stainless steel vats and partly in wooden barrels.

Tasting :  intense aromas, with a gentle character reminiscent of wild fruit. Dry and well-structured on the palate.

Pairings:  red meats, roasts, game.
