Production: Organic. Hand harvested. Aged 60% in French oak barriques for 6 months, 40% in 1000 l to 3000 l barrels.
Tasting: fine and fragrant nose, violets and berries. Balanced and supple.
Pairings: Red meat and tomato-based dishes, pork, veal, roast chicken, charcuterie, cheese.
