Description
Production: Hand-harvested. Aged 16 months in new French oak barrels.
Tasting: Intense ruby colour. Black cherries, plums, black pepper, clove and balsamic notes. Full-bodied with structuring tannins. Long finish dominated by black fruit and licorice.
Pairings: red meats, grilled pork, veal, charcuterie.
