Production: Organic wine, hillside vineyard with limestone and shale soil. Fermented and aged in stainless steel vats.
Tasting: Ruby red colour, complex and intense nose. Aromas and flavours of red berries, cranberries, leather, minerality and black pepper. Crisp and supple.
Pairings: meat dishes, terrines, fowl and game.
