Tasting: Intense nose, aromas of yellow-fleshed fruits. Beautiful, ample texture, crisp and fruity, on a mineral backdrop.
Pairings: Seafood, salads, oysters, mild cheeses, terrines, pasta with olive oil and garlic, hors d’oeuvre.
