Production: Clay-iron terroir, 50-year-old vines. Aged 12 months in 400L oak barrels. Certified Exploitation Haute Valeur Environnementale.
Tasting Notes: Intense red berries on the nose, with notes of underbrush. Dry, firm tannins, cherries, raspberries, toasted notes. Long finish. Good ageing potential.
Pairings: red meats, grilled pork, veal, duck, cheeses.
