Description

Production : Vineyard in organic conversion. Made with 100% sangiovese grosso, harvested by hand. Fermented in stainless steel and aged 12 months in Allier French oak 500 litre barrels, then 8 months in bottle. Non filtered.

Tasting: Notes of cherry, tobacco and plums. Rich body, with vibrant acidity and supple but structuring tannins. Well-balanced right down to its long finish.

Pairings: Red meat and tomato-based dishes, pork, veal, roast chicken, charcuterie, cheese.
