Description
Production: Vineyard in organic conversion. Aged in 22 hl Slavonian wood casks for 30-36 months. The wine is then aged in bottle for over 12 months. Released at least five years after the vintage.
Tasting: Deep ruby to garnet-red in colour. On the palate, pleasantly dry, warm, full and persistent with structuring tannins.
Pairings: Grilled and slow-roast red meat dishes
