Saturne Rouge authentically reflects the richness of the Saint-Saturnin terroir. Elegant and generous, it combines aromatic intensity, freshness, and depth in a distinctly Mediterranean style.

Production: Produced from organically farmed vineyards on the hillsides of Saint-Saturnin. Vinification is carried out with respect for both fruit and terroir in order to preserve the wine’s natural balance and ageing potential. Best enjoyed between 3 and 8 years after harvest.

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby colour. The nose opens with aromas of ripe red fruits and garrigue herbs. The palate reveals flavours of raspberry, blackberry, and morello cherry, enhanced by hints of pepper and subtle minty nuances. The finish is round, generous, and elegant, supported by a remarkable freshness that reflects the Saint-Saturnin terroir.

Food Pairing: Excellent with braised red meats, rosemary-marinated leg of lamb, or a hot-stone grill meal. It also pairs wonderfully with a selection of aged cheeses.
