Description
Production: Removing the maceration step after pressing allows for a white wine made with the red Sangiovese, a rare wine! Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
Tasting: A gastronomic white wine, with fresh acidity, good body and a slight presence of tannins. Both on the nose and on the palate, notes of cherries can de detected, a testament to Sangiovese’s character, but white cherries. Long finish!
Pairings: grilled fish, avocado, asparagus, charcuterie, pasta primavera, fresh tomatoes, quail and other small feathered-game.
