A Chablis more authentic than ever!
Production: from plots located on the right bank of the Serein, the river that runs through the Chablis region. This Chablis is distinguished by its balance and gourmet character. Alcoholic fermentation at temperatures between 16 and 18°C, followed by complete malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees for 10 to 15 months, in stainless steel vats (50 to 130 hectoliters) and oak barrels (500-liter demi-muids).
Tasting: attractive yellow-gold color, brilliant and limpid. Intoxicating fragrances of summer flowers and fruit. A briny character reminiscent of oysters and shellfish.
Pairings: seafood, fish, poultry and cheese dishes.
