Description
Production: Made using the estate’s best garganega grapes, harvested by hand and dried on racks. Aged 3 years in stainless steel tanks and one year in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Sweet but backed by a fresh acidity. Complex on the nose and palate, with notes of candied citrus, spice and almonds.
Pairings: Cheeses, fruit-based desserts.
