Tasting Notes: Lingering perlage and delicate foam. Pleasantly supple fruity bouquet of apples, flowers and almonds. Fresh on the palate results from its fresh acidity, with a long finish.

Pairings: Apéritif, sushi, oysters, smoked salmon, cheeses, various antipasti.
