Description
Production: Traditional Champagne method sparkling (second fermentation within each bottle) from hand-harvested grapes. The wine ages on its lees for a minimum of 2 years. From grapes sourced in Italy and Slovenia in Brda and Collio, at an altitude of 100-300 m.
Tasting: Typical pinot noir aromas intertwined with notes of fresh bread. Elegant palate, long finish. Dry. Red berry and citrus flavours.
Pairings: smoked salmon, fresh strawberries, sushi, shrimp, tuna tataki
