Description
Production: Organic. Grapes are grown in the vineyards of Budignacco, Pozar, and Dragica, at altitudes ranging from 100 to 140 meters (325 to 475 feet). Obtained by gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on lees.
Tasting: Beautiful balance – delicate and elegant, lovely roundness on the palate and assertive flavors. Aromas of peach and apple, flavors that follow the aromas and linger in a long finish.
Pairings: As an aperitif or with fish, soups, and white meats. Pairs beautifully with fresh fruit and cheese.

Ronald Palardy –
