Tasting: Straw yellow with greenish hues. Fine and dense effervescence. Crisp, with pear and golden apple and floral aromas. Creamy mouthfeel.
Pairings: Aperitif, sushi, oysters, smoked salmon, cheese, risotto, antipasti.
