Description

Production: Organic wine, clay-limestone soil. Hand harvested, natural yeasts. Aged 18 months in barriques. Non-filtered.

Tasting: Garnet red colour. Aromas and flavours of ripe wild strawberries, soft spices. Silky smooth mouthfeel, long finish.

Pairings: charcuterie, terrines, veal, duck, mushroom-based dishes, cheeses.
