Description
Production: Organic wine, clay-limestone soil. Hand harvested, natural yeasts. Aged 18 months in concrete vats. Non-filtered.
Tasting: Purple colour, intense nose of cherry and prunes. Full-bodied with fruity flavours of red and black berries.
Pairings: meat dishes, terrines, fowl and game.
