Production: Manual harvest, aged 12 months in used French oak barriques and 8 months in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red with hints of garnet. Beautiful nose dominated by notes of cherries and raspberries. Dry, full-bodied, elegant tannins, balanced acidity, very long finish. Exceptional quality.
Pairings: Red meats, herb-crusted porkloin, mushrooms.
