Casa Wallace spans an area of fourteen hectares, six of which are devoted to biodynamic viticulture. The Casa Wallace vineyards produce traditional Monferrato wines including Dolcetto, Barbera and Monferrato Rosso, as well as a Monferrato Bianco of Sauvignon Blanc.
At Casa Wallace, guests are provided a unique, holistic view of the wine production process; from the attention given to the soil to vine cultivation, from the grape harvesting to grape processing, from the wine’s birth and finally to its tasting!
The vineyard cultivation, grape production, and ultimately, the transformation into wine all follow the most stringent standards of
Biodynamic Agriculture. Each step in the process prioritizes a complete harmony with the all aspects of the environment – the ground, the sky and climate.
