Description
Production: Hand harvested. Each varietal is vinified separately and then blended. Aged 12 months in French oak barrels and large Slavonian oak barrels. Only 6,644 bottles produced.
Tasting: Garnet colour. Intense et complex nose, aromas of red and black berry, spices and leather. Supple and silky, with flavours of ripe strawberries and moka. Very long finish.
Pairings: red meats, grilled pork, veal, charcuterie.
