Description
Production: Limestone/clay terroir, 50-year old vines. Fermented in 400 litre oak barrels, aged in barriques on lees with batonnage. Certified Exploitation Haute Valeur Environnementale.
Tasting Notes: dry, rich, crisp acidity. Aromas of ripe exotic fruit, mineral notes. Complex with a long finish, with notes of hazelnuts.
Pairings: Fish with cream sauce, white meat dishes, foie gras.
