Description

Production: Manual harvest, rosé de saignée.

Tasting notes: Delicate and brilliant pink colour. Floral nose, with notes of strawberries and citrus fruit. On the palate, it is dry, sapid with flavours of red berries and citrus fruits, crisp and with a long finish.

Pairings: Very food-friendly. Salads, charcuterie, cheeses, grilled, tartare or smoked salmon, seafood.
