Description
Production: sustainable agriculture. Hand-picked with manual selection of bunches. Maceration for 18 – 20 days and aging for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels. Must age for at least 6 months in bottle.
Tasting: Fruity nose with woody notes, present tannins on the palate with good acidity and a fine finish with notes of ripe cherries, cocoa and leather.
Pairings: red meats, cold cuts, grilled pork, veal.
