Description
Production: Produced by Robert Princic of Gradis’ciutta with grapes from Udine, Pordenone and Gorizia. Obtained by gentle pressing of the grapes, maceration for 24-48 hours at low temperature. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged on its lees until bottling.
Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow with coppery hues. The bouquet is delicate and elegant, reminiscent of tomato leaf, peach and apple. Tasty, dry, smooth and balanced.
Pairings: As an aperitif or with baked or fried fish, white meats, pasta and risotto. A perfect accompaniment to fresh fruit and cheese.
