Description
Production: Certified organic and vegan wine. Maceration period of 30 days. Aged 12 months in French and American oak barriques with racking every 3 months, followed by 24 months in bottle.
Tasting: Nice ruby-red colour. Aromas of cherries, spices, forest floor, leather, ash and a touch of vanilla. Full-bodied, good tannic structure with a very long finish.
Pairings: grilled red meat, pork, lamb, game.
