Description
Production: chardonnay and Ribolla Gialla grapes are manually harvested and carefully blend in the field. Pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Tasting: pale straw yellow with greenish hues. Delicate on the nose, with an olfactory range that develops on notes of fresh flowers, elderberry, acacia, orange blossom, followed by fruity aromas of pineapple and white peach, with light citrus hints. Well balanced on the palate with slenderness and freshness.
Pairings: raw fish, fried or baked fish, poultry, cold cuts and unseasoned cheese. Try it also with home-made pizza!
