Description
Production: Manual harvest. 10-15 days traditional temperature-controlled fermentation with pumping to optimize the extraction of the polyphenolic substances.
Maturation in large 75 Hl Slavonian oak barrels. Aged in stainless steel until bottling .
Tasting Notes: Ruby red in color with garnet highlights, full, intense bouquet with hints of violets and red berries. On the palate it is dry but velvety, full and harmonious,
with pleasant tannins. Long finish.
Pairings: Main courses of red meats, lamb, roasts and braised meats and with aged cheeses. Pleasant after-dinner wine.
