Description
Production: Removing the maceration step after pressing allows for a white wine made with the red Pinot Noir. Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes: Pinkish-white colour. Enticingly fruit forward with distinct aromas of white cherry, nectarine, peach, citrus, and beeswax. Its rich mid-palate is beautifully framed and focused with flavors of spiced pear, ripe honeydew, wet stone, and a mineral finish.
Pairings: Grilled salmon, oysters, asparagus, and stone fruits, cheeses.
