Production: No chemicals used in the vineyard. Harvested by hand. Aged 4 months in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes: dry, medium-body and crisp acidity. Aromas and flavours of white flowers, almonds and orchard fruit with a fairly long finish.

Pairings: Cheeses, seafood, antipasti.
