Description
Production: Produced with 100% Ribolla Gialla, the most ancient varietal of Collio. Sourced from vineyards in Ruttars and Buloval, South East of Monte Calvario, at an altitude of 180 metres (600 feet). Aged on lees.
Dégustation : un nez unique et agréable, avec des parfums d’agrumes, des pommes et une note de crème. Sec. La bouche offre une succession de saveurs qui suivent le nez.
Tasting: a unique and pleasant nose, with aromas of citrus fruits, apples and a note of cream. Dry. The palate offers a succession of flavors that follow the nose.
Pairings: Grilled fish, cream-based soups, asparagus and mushrooms. Excellent with white meats.
