Description
Production: Certified organic, Ecocert, and biodynamic agriculture methods in the lieu-dit Coudoulet Est, in the commune of Orange. Fermented for 15 to 20 days and aged for 7 months in concrete vats. Bottled without fining or filtration or added sulfites.
Tasting notes: Deep red with purple highlights. Aromas of ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, plum, blackberry), hints of pepper, garrigue, thyme, and a touch of licorice. On the palate, flavors of black fruit, spices, and Provençal herbs are perfectly balanced, with a lingering, slightly minty finish. An elegant, full-bodied, warm, structured wine with supple tannins and well-balanced freshness.
Pairings: Grilled rib of beef, ratatouille, lamb, game.
