Description
Production: Organic. 75 year-old vines in the Grand Cru parcel of Schoenenbourg. Stainless steel fermentation and ageing. Limited production.
Tasting Notes: Beautiful nose dominated by rich mineral notes. Complex and wonderfully-structured palate with well-balanced acidity, nice texture, long finish. Dry style (9.2 g sugar).
Pairings: Fish à la meunière, grilled or poached, terrines, seafood, shell fish, choucroute, poultry, rabbit, fresh cheeses.
