Description

Production: Organic wine, hillside vineyard with limestone and shale soil. This cuvée comes from a plot selection of our finest vermentino, vinified and aged in stainless steel vats until the full potential of this exceptional mineral terroir is expressed.

Tasting: Aromas of citrus, orchard flowers and hawthorn will evolve over time towards honeyed notes. Very nice minerality and length on the palate.

Pairings: Shellfish, grilled fish or in sauce, white meats, cheeses.
