Description
Production : hand-harvested grapes from the Camattole zone on the slopes of Mount Cetona. Aged in French oak barriques for 7 months (50% new et 50% second passage) with regular bâtonnages.
Tasting : bright straw yellow colour. Aromas of pear, flowers, some notes of oak. Full-bodied, creamy and tasty, with a long finish. A serious chardonay that calls for a good meal.
Pairings : grilled poultry, poultry and seafood in creamy sauce.
