Description
Production: Hand harvested. Aged in oak barrels for 3 months and bottle aged for at least 6 months.
Tasting: Bright ruby red color. Fruity bouquet, fresh, supple, savoury with flavours of red berries.
Pairings: Red meat and tomato-based dishes, pork, veal, roast chicken, charcuterie, cheese.
