Description
Production: Organic conversion (2021). Single vineyard in the historical region of Jesi, Castelplanio. The coastal area near Jesi is perfectly suited to wine production, with its pebbly fossils in the terrain soil and maritime climate. Hand-harvested. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, with a malolactic fermentation.
Tasting: Golden yellow. Elegant and intense nose, floral, mineral, sage and anis notes. Fleshy and supple mouthfeel.
Pairings: antipasti, fish and seafood, white meats, cheeses.
