Description
Production: Organic. Single vineyard in the historical region of Jesi, Castelplanio. The coastal area near Jesi is perfectly suited to wine production, with its pebbly fossils in the terrain soil and maritime climate. Hand-harvested. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, with a malolactic fermentation.
Tasting: yellow with greenish hues. Elegant and intense nose, floral, mineral, sage and orchard fruit notes. Crisp and fleshy mouthfeel.
Pairings: antipasti, fish and seafood, white meats, cheeses.
