Empreinte embodies the richness of Moulin-à-Vent, elevated by meticulous craftsmanship in the cellar. This cuvée reflects the mark of generations of passionate winemakers, combined with an authentic expression of the terroir.

Production: Sourced from vines under 40 years located in “Les Greneriers”, “Les Perelles”, “Les Brusselions” and “Les Burdelinesold” on weathered granite soils, this wine incorporates 70% whole clusters in a carefully managed vinification. A fermentation lasting 10 to 12 days and 11 months of aging on fine lees enhance its texture and depth.

Tasting Notes: Beneath its deep ruby hue, Empreinte reveals a complex bouquet of ripe black fruits, sweet spices, and dried flowers. On the palate, its velvety texture is complemented by fine tannins and a refreshing finish, delivering an elegant experience.
