Description
Palazzo Vecchio is located in a unique area, immersed in the Valdichiana, between Lake Trasimeno and the Sienese hills, an ideal land for viticulture. The Nobile vintage represents the specificity of the wines of Palazzo Vecchio. Harmonious and well balanced; a wonderful connection between the past and the future.
Production: grapes are manually harvested and selected. Historic wine, the first one produced in Palazzo Vecchio. Limited production, only vinified in the best vintages. Grapes are manually harvested and selected. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for a minimum of 36 months in French oaks barrels and in bottle for a minimum of 6 months.
Tasting: ruby red, intense, persistent, ample and airy, notes of spices, undergrowth and small red fruits. Elegant, harmonious, with a long finish.
Pairings: entrecôte, fatty meats, roasts, game.
